Please be aware the Unakite Care and Cleaning services does impose a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation made with less than 24 hour notice.

 

Our bookings are meticulously scheduled and it is crucial for out staff to access the location at the designated time, as the booking commences the and will remain fixed. If our staff encounters difficult entering the location, they will attempt to contact you and wait 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Failure to respond within this time from will result in an automatic cancellation along with 100% of the fee.

Any dishes left in the sink will incur a dishwashing fee dependant on quantity and if it's hand washed or put in a dishwasher. An extra fee will be charged if the floors are covered so we suggest putting anything on the floor away or on a bed/ couch. Following the guidelines of what you have agreed to if you deem the service inadequate please inform with picture under 12 hours post clean and it will be rectified with a staff member coming back to fix the issue.
